I designed the site to be simple and straightforward so that visitors could find exactly what they were looking for without any guesswork. The final result is a clean, approachable website that matches their brand and makes it easy for new clients to get started.

The original website wasn't doing justice to the high-quality work this client produces. It wasn't bringing in much traffic, and even worse, it wasn't bringing in leads. I stepped in to build a custom site that finally matched the brand’s style and high level of craftsmanship.

I focused on making the site more visual and much easier for customers to use. By creating a layout that looks great and actually works, we saw a major jump in visitor engagement and—most importantly—more people filling out the contact form. This redesign turned their website from a static page into a real tool for finding new business.

For Denali Campers, a startup in the custom off-road camper space, I handled everything from the initial logo design to building the full website. Since they were a brand-new company, they needed a look that felt adventurous and tough but still professional.

For Aqualife Divers, I designed and built a website that was all about the user. While the site looks great, the real power is under the hood. I used Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to build custom features that you won't find on a standard template.

One of the best parts is the custom dive log I created, which lets divers track and share their trips directly through the site. This didn't just give them a professional online presence; it gave their customers a reason to keep coming back. It’s a great example of how a website can be a useful tool for a community, not just a digital business card.

I designed and developed tmimscorp.com to effectively showcase the duality of T. Mims Corp: its large-scale industrial operations and its deep-rooted commitment to the Lakeland community. The company manages over 10,000 acres of land and oversees a diverse portfolio—including sand mining, cattle operations, and commercial real estate—but the president, Tom Mims, is equally known for his extensive local philanthropy.

My goal for the website was to create a professional platform that highlights these business achievements alongside the company’s civic contributions. I featured major community initiatives such as Red, White & Kaboom, the city's premier July 4th celebration, and the company's donation of materials for the development of Bonnet Springs Park. By integrating these different facets into a single, cohesive digital experience, I ensured the site reflected the company’s mission of creating long-term value for both its clients and the city of Lakeland.

I developed the digital identity for Florida Sand and Fill, LLC to position the company as a premier provider of essential construction materials across Central Florida. As a core subsidiary of T. Mims Corp., this business operates three strategically located mines that supply the foundation for major regional growth, including massive distribution centers for companies like Amazon, Publix, and Walmart.

My work on the website focuses on the critical role the company plays in both large-scale infrastructure and local community support. I highlighted their technical expertise in delivering high-quality sand, fill, and aggregate materials, as well as their rapid response during emergencies, such as providing sandbags for local hurricane preparedness. By showcasing their involvement in landmark projects like Bonnet Springs Park, I created a narrative that connects their industrial success directly to the physical development and safety of the Lakeland area.

Red White & Kaboom 2025

When Lakeland’s premier Independence Day event was facing indefinite cancellation, T. Mims Corp stepped in as the Title Sponsor to fund the fireworks and save the tradition. To ensure the community remained informed and the sponsor’s significant contribution was recognized, I was tasked with building and managing the event's primary digital infrastructure from the ground up.

My Contribution:

  • Official Event Hub: Developed and managed redwhiteandkaboom.com to act as the definitive source for event logistics, food drive information, and partner links for the City of Lakeland and VISTE.

  • Aggressive Digital Promotion: Managed a high-impact Meta advertising budget, directing thousands of dollars toward strategic video and post-boosting to ensure community-wide awareness and event attendance.

  • Stakeholder Integration: Acted as the digital bridge between T. Mims Corp, VISTE, and the City of Lakeland, ensuring a cohesive user experience across three separate organizational interests.

  • Content Production: Produced original video content and high-engagement social assets designed to highlight the charitable mission of the event and the Title Sponsor’s commitment to the City of Lakeland.
