I know you’re busy running a business. My goal is to be your silent partner, not another task on your to-do list. Once we have our initial discovery call and you provide your basic business info, desired content, images/videos, I handle the heavy lifting of research, design, and technical setup. You simply review the work and give the final "thumbs up."
In most cases, I recommend a fresh start on my high-performance platform to ensure your site is fast, secure, and fully optimized for local SEO. However, I can easily migrate your existing text, photos, and branding into a modern, professional layout that performs much better than your current site.
Small updates (like changing a phone number or adding a new photo) are included in your monthly plan. If your business undergoes a major shift and you need entirely new pages or advanced features, we can easily scale your plan or handle it as a one-time project at a discounted "Partner Rate."
High-speed hosting, security, and daily backups are all included in your monthly fee. I handle the technical management so you never have to worry about a site crash or an expired security certificate. You only need to maintain ownership of your domain name (e.g., https://gobkkdigital.com), which I can help you set up if you don’t have one yet.
When you call a big agency, you usually talk to a "Project Manager" who then talks to a "Junior Designer." When you work with me, you are working directly with an 18-year veteran. You get faster response times, deeper technical expertise, and a partner who actually knows the Lakeland and Polk County community.
You always own your domain name and your content. I provide the design license and management. Once your initial contract term is complete, full ownership of the design and site files is yours to keep.
The 12-month plan is my Standard Partnership. It’s the fastest way to get an expert on your team. This is not a requirement, just the most popular plan. Full price or customized options are available.
Life happens. If you need to end the partnership before the term is up, a flat Early Termination Fee applies. This simply covers the remaining value of the initial design and development labor I provided at the start of our contract.
